Refunds
 

Once confirmed, your donation is an unconditional and voluntary gift to Nati Elite Basketball. Charitable donations are generally non-refundable due to tax receipting requirements. Therefore, Nati Elite Basketball does not issue refunds for tax-deductible contributions.

Exceptions may be considered in extenuating circumstances, such as system processing errors or human errors (e.g., duplicate donations, incorrect amounts, extra zeros). If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us immediately.
